Holistic communications strategy

Nowadays it is the norm for companies to actively manage the way with which they communicate with customers. What is also becoming more popular, is the careful management of brand communications with internal stakeholders, as well as business partners. Stakeholder brand communications may be developed as part of a brand awareness exercise, or as part of a process of closer engagement with the target audience.
